Over the past decade, Cache Valley Bank has grown from a small, local financial institution to a regional economic influencer. In order to keep up with the growing demand for financial services, Cache Valley Bank opened a branch office in Hyrum, Utah.
Cache Valley Bank is dedicated to preserving the history of the Valley. This project is no exception. The unusual floor plan incorporates the Holley-Globe Grain and Milling Company Tower into the building. The tower, which was built in 1918, was moved to the site and the new bank was built around it. The design also incorporated a “crow’s nest” atop of the 68-foot tall structure to allow visitors to look out at the valley.
