CVB Champ Building
To accommodate the significant growth within its Mortgage Services department. Cache Valley Bank acquired the Historic Champ Building on the northeast corner of 100 North and Main Street in Downtown Logan.
Cache Valley Bank requested that we help them renovate both the interior and exterior of the existing building. Melle helped Cache Valley Bank provide an elegant yet functional space inside that shows the interest of Cache Valley Bank in continuing to reinvest in Historic Downtown Logan.
The exterior facade of the addition was redesigned due to the poor details of the previous design. The owners requested that the addition appear as a separate building and have it’s own sense of architectural style. Christian provided an “Art Deco” style design that compliments the Historic Champ building without mimicking the architectural style.
